The owner of vehicle needs to be present with free and clear title and valid state issued identification. All fluids need to be drained, oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, antifreeze, rear end/transfer case and air conditioner freon needs to be removed (please dispose of properly). Tires, fuel tank, and battery must be removed.
